Rates
Included in the rate:
- Accommodation for the agreed number of people with all its contents;
- WiFi internet;
- Sufficient linen for your stay (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, table napkins, mops, microfibers);
- A starter kit (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, garbage bag, tea/coffee/chocolate/powdered milk/sugar, toilet paper);
- Baby kit (travel cot, changing table, baby bath, high chair, Manduca baby carrier) – upon request and subject to availability
- Walker kit (travel cot, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, step stool, stroller, car seat booster) – upon request and subject to availability
- A raclette or chocolate fondue set – upon request and subject to availability

Additional person: 700 XPF (6 €) / night / person.
30% deposit is required upon booking to secure the apartment of your choice. The balance is due one week before your arrival. Payment can be spread monthly if you book for more than a month.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rate: refund possible if cancellation within 24 hours of booking. No refund after 24 hours.
Refundable rate: in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, 2/3 of the deposit will be refunded. No refund will be made after this deadline.
Additional services (subject to availability):
- Early check-in (before 2 pm) and late check-out (between 11 am and 3 pm): 4,000 XPF
- Electric bike rental: 7,000 XPF for 5 days, 9,000 XPF for 7 days, and 35,000 XPF/month.
- Cleaning during your stay and/or departure: 8,000 XPF (Oceanite and Dugong) and 15,000 XPF (Cobalt and Cagou)
- Airport shuttle: 3,200 XPF / adult and 1800 XPF / child
- Pet fee (Cagou): 20,000 XPF / stay of one month or less.
